In addition to what has already been said, I wish Shikamaru's and Ino's dads didn't have to die... 
I think I kind of also would've liked to see Tsunade and Orochimaru fight together; they don't necessarily have to have identical values/beliefs on things, but it would've been nice to see. Also, I am very interested in all the stuff that happened that led to the last chapter.
