what you suggest for itachi to choose? MS with good health OR EMS with bad health???

what would you suggest for itachi or if you were itachi and you are given 2 Options to choose 1 of them:


1-MS itachi with good health and stamina (no sickness no nothing)


............OR


2-unhealthy Itachi but with EMS...



what would you choose ???and most importantly why???
