-Creativity is vital to the techniques of genjutsu as it because the stronger the imagination of the user the more "real" the illusions become. This is why genjutsu is so versitile, it comes from the imagination of the user. The more possibilities the user can come up with during genjutsu and the more elaborate it is, the more potent it is to the opponet.So creativity used in conjuction in terms of chakra. -A shinobi inflicts genjutsu on the opponet by injecting/forcing their chakra into the opponets nervous system. Depending on the tech the user makes the nesscary handsigns (if any) and depedning on range. But detail is key, this why genjutsu is one of the most challenging types of techniques to learn.-

In activating the Kai tecnique the user stops thir chakra durning the genjutsu and then applies a stronger burst of chakra to break out. Or as an alternative to the Kai technique the shinobi under genjutsu can cause sef harm. Although this has a down side besides the obvious not only are you causing damage to the body but th amount of damge varies to how powerful the genjutsu is, so you could end up fatally woudning yourself as a means for escape. Also most Dojutsu users the Like users of the sharingan (Me xd) or Byakugan can see the disturbance to the chakra flow and then thus knowing they are in a genjutsu. Which is a key thing, the Shinobi must know their in a genjutsu are else they will not know to break it.-

One that has significant control over the bijuu, the bijuu can send a surge of chakra that can dissrupt the injected chakra sent in my the genjutsu user.However fullbody surges are not limited to these things, they are simply a chakra surge sent the through the chakra network that disregulates the chakra to which break the genjutsu.

Taking advantage of all the senses. I would relase a Fireball at you, taking advatage of the smell of the sea water to hide the smell ash and flames along with the feel of the heat. Because you are feeling the spra of the water. Also i Take advatage of sight wth you seeng nothing but water and blue sky. You could not see the fireball. You also could not taste the hot air in the back of your thraot because in the genjutsu you are tasting the crisp air. And you can not hear the roar of the flames due to you hearing the sounds of waves and birds.
