Negatives:

Hardly any relevant deaths / People escaping death
Neji's death seemed so pointless
Juubito was a let down and Madara seems to be going for the same thing
Battlefield has become flooded with Shinobi alliance which leaves a lot of ignored characters due to there being 2 villains.
^Due to this hardly anyone is getting to show their feats in action or go full out. I'd rather Madara brought back the original kage so the current Kage could face them.
Hiruzen brought back as old man
Izanami seems like an asspull
Orochimaru's return
Most edo's were disappointments

I can agree with a lot of this.

Like: epicness, the way some Edos were handled, Ino's development, Madara's entrance, revelations of the past, Itachi and Sasuke teaming up (yes I thought Izanami was cool :|), funny moments with Suigetsu and Hashi, Oro being on his own side, Naruto and Sasuke fighting together, Sasuke wanting to "burn it all down".

Dislike: most named characters magically surviving everything offscreen, handling of Edos like Sasori and Deidara, Naruto being wanked by the Alliance, rather boring Juubito fight, Neji's random death, large-scale destruction without addressing possible environmental problems it would cause, Zetsu clones (boring), Kakashi being reduced to Kamui spammer.

Likes:
-Gaara and the Tsuchikage's interaction with each other
-Seeing other villages for a change and having them work together with the Leaf.

Dislikes:
-Rain Village and Grass Village are sitting a war this big out?
-Going through the trouble of reanimating Hayate Gekko for multiple filler episodes, working his old girlfriend Yugao and Kabuto into the mix but not bothering to involve Baki who killed him in the first place.
-No one bothered inviting a few ANBU to bite the dust???
-So many clones onscreen for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the anime should be renamed White Zetsu Shippuden.

 

[Bad Touch Yakushi]

War positives:

Kabuto & Tobi were both the best villains the show has ever had
Madara's Revival was ridiculously epic
Edo Tensei is a great concept
Lots of characters getting conclusions (Sai, Gaara, Chouji etc)
5 Nations working together
Chouji's Character Development
Great War Filler (Anime)
Naruto & Sasuke's teamwork
Lots of fun cliffhangers
Introduced us to characters we'd never met otherwise (Hanzo <3)
The Big 3 Fights were phenomenal

Negatives:

Iza-f*cking-nami
Edos like Sasori, Chiyo, Kakazu and Kimi never did anything
Lack of Stakes
Neji's Death
No needed deaths (Kakashi, Guy, 5 Kage, Mifune, Bee)
Ten Tails did nothing
Edo Hokages (suck so much uh)
Obito not being the Final Villain
Alliance doing nothing
