I would hail from the Uchiha Clan, I would train in the 8 Gates and I would learn Sage Mode or Tsunade's Regeneration technique to lower the damage from the gates and survive opening the 8th if possible. then I would find someone with Rinnegan and team up to Rule the world. I would also try to get Rinnegan myself not Mangekyou or Eternal Mangekyou because I am not COLD enough to kill someone CLOSE to me.

Depends what time period this would be. I would like to save Itachi from the darkness, like Naruto is trying to save Sasuke, and convince him to not make his little brother hate him. Oh and give him a hug.

Dood Itachi was not in "DARKNESS" he was actually doing a very noble job to Protect Konoha, The Uchiha's respect, and sasuke's life. If anything Itachi has done the most noble/good self sacrificing, emotionally difficult deed(s) than ANYONE on Narutoverse! Also Naruto is stupid Sasuke volunteered to join Orochimaru he was not forced... Sasuke can make his own decisions and his decision was to stop playing with Kakashi and Team 7 and instead seek power from a FAR greater source. I understand Naruto's worry as far as Sasuke but Naruto really goes too far. Friends are going to make good/bad decisions and as a friend if you really want to help you have to let them LEARN from their mistakes.

Yeah, the thing is that Itachi simply did not know about the Uchiha "Curse of Hatred" and did not think Sasuke would be consumed y his hatred. It's unfortunate. Interesting point from NarutoWiki:
