Clarify please. Suigetsu and Obito can literally walk past any attack but they don't actually meet the attacks . . . Do they count?

If so:
1. Suigetsu - tanks all day
2. Obito - technically limited to five minutes, but a single second of no phasing restarts his clock
3. Katsuyu - maybe weak to fire, but has shown the ability to absorb and release chakra so maybe immune to anything chakra based
4. Orochimaru - there should be a chakra cost to his snake body
5. Kabuto (DSM) - same as below, plus stats boost plus NE supply
6. Kimimaro - as long as he's alive, bone armour . .
7. Tsunade - can regenerate all day, if there's something to regen from
8. Jugo - as long as there's someone nearby . .
9. Jinchuuriki - chakra armour
10. Konan - her techniques are tiring, but perfect

Guys like Hashirama and the Raikage are close but not quite as good.
