Six Paths Sage Mode, Madara's Rinnegan, or 8 Gates..

All three will have no harm to you but it will harm others each time you use them..

Six Paths Sage Mode = each time you use this a family member passes away from heart attack

Madara's Rinnegan = use this and your gf or bf or spouse will die and live in Limbo for eternity, and friends too

8 Gates= each time you use this your descendent will die one at a time, children , grandchildren etc

Well with those costs the answer is irrelevant in my case because I'd never use it.

Tbh all of them have loopholes to avoid the negative side effects, although I'll pick rinnegan because it's the easiest to fix the negative side effect. Also if you never have kids 8th gates would have no side effect....
