Depends,assuming that i would be able to deactivate it then i choose Sasuke's Sharingan + Rinnegan Combination eye.Since it's the Combo of ths Sharingan and Rinnegan it should have all of boths powers.

But then again,with the Byakugan i would be able to see girls cleavage,panties,butts etc from afar

Sharingan has great practical use, but Rinnegan does as well. I'm undecided on this.

You can practically control the world even with fodder genjutsu of sharingan...cuz all are normal humans.

Rinnegan. WIth the lvl of own that comes with the kind Hagoromo and Madara had, it would be more than well worth it too look a bit abnormal.
