What would you rate EMS on a scale of 1-10?

How would you guys rate EMS on a scale of 1-10.
I dont mean on how you obtain it, i mean on its skills and abilities.
Id give it atleast a 9.^^

- Dont go blind.
- Amaterasu.
- Tsukoyomi.
- Susano'o.
- Block all genjutsu.
- Predict almost all of your opponents movements.
- Give color to all chakra.
- Possibly eternal or extended life.
- Possibly space/time ninjutsus.
- One unknown power.

EMS is more powerfull than MS , MS have amaterasu , tsukoimi (or whatheveer)
and some other...
so it's definitly ultimate weapon
