Not really since Temari was able to do in chapter 214 what Sakura was only somewhat able to replicate in chapter 632 so I'm not sure how Sakura's feat is greater because logically, Temari had access to devestating attacks before the power inflation. If you inflate genin Temari's Kiri Kiri Mae to the standards of jounin Temari, it will far surpass anything in Sakura's arsenal.
