What would you rank Izuna and the 4th Kazekage?

Sorry I just made a thread about ranking ninja but I was curious on these ninja too

Izuna was said to have equal power to Madara before Madara took his eyes so Izuna had MS. Because he had MS and was an actual Uchiha, I would put him as High Kage Level


I think the 4th Kazekage is Mid Kage level. He has similar moves to Gaara but lacks the automatic defense. He was capable of defeating a Biju so I think Mid Kage suits him. I think he is in the same tier as Kakuzu, Deidara, Guy, and Mei, agreed?


Also, what would you rank Sakumo Hatake according to his hype? I'd put him as Mid Kage level

Izuna was considered to be Tobirama's equal before he died. This places him solidly at the top of the Uchiha clan with Madara. The difference between Madara and Izuna's power levels was probably very similar to Hashirama and Tobirama. This means that while he was formidable, and clearly more powerful than most other characters in the series, he still wasn't quite at the same level as Madara and Hashirama, but he would have still been a candidate for clan leader or a Kage position.

The Mizukage was a Kage. This means that he was Kage level be default.

don't forget that kimimaro took down the 4th kazekage, in part 1, and that his gold sand was well suited to handle a rampaging shukaku, i doubt if it used a TBB

No doubt he would be strong but i doubt he was as strong as madara was with just the MS, considering it was tobirama who defeated him and hashirama was well above tobirama and i dont think tobirama could of beaten madara at the time. Still he would be up there in the top 20-30

I find it so hard to rank characters that weren't much shown in the series..
it'll be unfair for them 'coz they got less feats..

anyways, I'll try my best,

for being able to subdue the Shukaku, the 4th Kazekage might be low-mid Kage level,,
Izuna low-mid Kage level also just like Tobirama
