List of people who wants to be hokage:
Naruto
Sasuke
Kiba
Konohamaru
Possibly Sakura
And Tsunade might want to keep it
Kakashi isn't among them and I honestly doubt he would take the post now that Naruto and Sasuke have surpassed him (At least in terms of power, but sure, he's still a bit smarter and he has more experience) and they both want to be hokage.

As a duo Naruto and Sakura would make a better Hokage, but I would have preferred Kakashi, Naruto isn't quite ready yet, at this point he is more of a noble knight than a king
