What would you do?

I already know without a doubt, five steps​

1. I'd perfect them and become the king of the world through conquest.

2. Then I'd separate the east and west of the world and make one half a lawless civilization and the other side a society under law like now with a heavily guarded border fortress between the two managing who can go back and forth. Through a system of bridges. I have a system in mind for checking but too much to type.

3. The lawful society nations would be under my direct rule where I pass laws based off of claims of the majority. There would be a law filtering process too to not waste my time I thought of.

4. The lawless nations would govern themselves, I wouldn't allow any person or group to become leader of any of them. I'd also have eyes and ears throughout so I could stop anything that would lead to total destruction of any or all nations.

5. I'd have the best engineers in the planet create 5 ironman type suits, they'd all be weak to my power but absolute over all other technology. Then I'd spend 5 years searching the world for the individuals worthy of the suits.
