Today i was at this resturant, when i noticed a white male in overalls starting at me and my friends.

So i stare back, he stops temporarely. Then my closes friend, Kendrick decides to play a prank


He says out loudly enuff so that the white guy can hear him. " Whats stopping us from getting our food then walking out this bish?'

Then the white guy says, "You colors are always trying to get over on us, you should be happy that your even allowed to breath my air."




Here what i saided

then he proceeds to get up and walk over too me like he wants to rush me.

Kendric proceeds to cuts him off and says take one more step hillybilly.

The Man Does and ends up on the floor bleeding, he pulled out a small knife trying to slash me nd kendric.

Then its night time for him and he is koed by mulit left hooks to the chin by my nigg kendric.


Police arrive... kendrick is charged with assulat and batterry.

Im charged with possion of weed , but its ok cuz im prescribed it.

White man is charged with have a conceal wep i believe.

We are sueing the nypd and the man.

This is totally unacceptable. I don't understand people who racists. Does color of skin matter?! It's not important. We're made like that and I don't see any problem with other races. Your friend shouldn't have let him be provoked and made that prank which led to the point where you're guilty in a way, even when he was the one who had started. That guy is not worthy of your attention, it just shows what kind of man he is! Nobody who judges on people based on their skin color is not worthy of being your friend or anything similar! Not worth getting a charge over something so little. racism is always going to exist so you might as well laugh it off. Now, my homies are more short tempered then I am and they would've jumped him..... but good luck trying to sue the nypd, from what I get from your story that would be a waste of time.
