This happens imn almost all mangas, even in fma father was nerfed, and its considered as one of the best manga of all time, but I think natsu is after df and end transformation is gonna be on equal footings with zeref, so I believe zeref won't be nerfed

I can already tell Acnologia and Zeref will be defeated through friendship and feelings just like every other major villain. Natsu one shotted a freaking god of war and people wonder why this series get hate.

Zeref and acnologia are soloing team natsu from the start....i think u havent noticed it yet....so it should be their turn now to fight back....
Still if u disagree then accept what will happen as a manga fact....
