Does he not beat everyone in the high kage tier? Dude Susanoo, Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi, Genjutsu, Katon, Suiton, Izanami, etc. that's OP as hell. He is above the high kage tier

Killer B struggled to fight a Taka Sasuke that hadn't fully recovered - whilst the latter isn't weak, he doesn't compare well with the current power scaling.

You severely underrate Killer B! Killer B stomped Taka Sasuke lol. Juugo, Suigetsu, and Karin saved him. They all barely survived.

Kakuzu can't beat anyone in the tier you put him in. Kakashi, Sasori, Deidara, and Kisame are all stronger than him

Itachi's stamina is very low plus Susano'o isn't coming out unless he wants to die in 3 minutes.
