I understand and support switching Sakura and Hinata, but how would you switch Naruto and Minato???
Minato is both dead and a different generation.
Sakura and Hinata merely require a team reshuffle.
Most of the content wouldn't even change, minus the purely pairing-related stuff.

I picked Minato because he reminds me of Sonic the Hedgehog. He is quick, flashy, and nice with the ladies.(See Kushina for example.)

He also shares a rotating move like Sonic.(Which we like to call the rasengan.)

Minato as a hero would be able to sell sega games. Let alone manga. That is why I believe Minato is the best chioce as our hero.

How Kaguya was dealt with. I'm fine with Madara being defeated by A Goddess but if that Goddess is being pushed around by only Naruto then something is off.

She should have been a bigger threat than Madara and ultimately wasn't.

The Sauce kills Noodle plus his squad in their first meeting in part 2 and the story soon after follows the Sauce as the new lead.

I'd change so, so many things starting after the Pain arc.
I'd make Danzō live longer and become Hokage in order to make a "Konoha Lockdown" arc (not my original idea).

I'd make Madara a less important character, as in his only purpose would be to tell the audience that Tobi isn't Madara. He'd still do his moves and whatnot but once Kabuto is defeated, Madara is gone.

I'd make Infinite Tsukuyomi a decades long Uchiha conspiracy with multiple past Uchiha in on it. No Kaguya.

I'd make Obito or Orochimaru the final villain.
OH. And no Rin bullshit.

I'd also add in a new villain between Part 1 and 2 that can actually pull off a revolution (looking at you, Sasuke). He'd ask ninjas to rise up against the warmongering Daimyō and their Kage dogs. He'd begin the revolution by attacking Konoha to bring about imbalance in the Shinobi World, leading to better opportunities for the revolution. Of course he'd fail in the end, though. The K11 would get more development here as well since there's be little to no Naruto or Sasuke in the arc.

This so much. I wish Madara didn't have so much importance within the story. Like Sasuke said, he was a relic of the past. No Madara, no Kaguya none of that. Having more development time for the K11 to flesh out this generation and also having the Akatsuki be something more than sacrificial pawns to IT. So much potential...
