Are they Kage Level?

I think the movement speed makes them at kage level but thats all.... also know that i consider Itachi above kage, not only for his immense power but stunning intellect , so i guess there's more to being hokage then just brawn so to say that someone is at hokage level you have to consider this stuff :/

I used to make those vidoes. Its a software called pivot. It allows you to manipulate jointed stick figures and freeze frame them and play those frames for an animation. Just in case anyone was wondering.

And I love the way the clones were used in this the effects were mostly just fades and flashes if he had use more draw out blurs at random intervals these punches would seem more vicious. He is a great animator but you can use this software to make 3d if you know the tricks and it would have been beautiful to see in 3d.

OT: Kage lvl yea. Those flashes were draw out peirods of time from an animators perspective so that means his movement was faster than the time interval that it took for his blows to take effect so. Yes beyond kage level.
