What would piss you off the most if it happened in the war arc?
I would be so mad if Guy died. He's the only funny character left since Jiraya is gone. I would molest kishi if that happened...

This. Also during the final battle with Naruto and Sasuke, if Naruto holds back and never uses his full power. What I mean is if Naruto is forced to fight Sasuke while he is low on chakra while Sasuke is full or if Naruto decides not to create any clones to fight Sasuke. That would be a let down since it would mean in reality that Naruto is far stronger than Sasuke.

I would also be let down if the series ended with too many plot holes and if there was still potential in the series such as enhancing the role of minor characters.
