No, it became meaningless when she couldn't breathe around Madara. So, she most likely wasn't even pumping his heart anymore and Naruto survived because of his massive resilience and Obito putting the Bijuu back inside Naruto.

Lol? How do you know that she stopped pumping his heart. She still saved him, a short moment of fear does not make it meaningless.

As for the bold, thats not what Im talking about. Do you even know why she performed CPR on him? To keep his brain alive, thats the objective of this procedure. Brain becomes irreversibly damaged when its deprived of supply of oxygen for 4 minutes. It completely dies shortly afterwards. If that happened putting Bijuu back inside wouldnt change a thing, Naruto would be a goner. So yes, Sakura saved his life.

Sakura is useful whether people think she is or not.. it doesnt change the fact that it was her keeping naruto alive right now.. this in itself makes her useful

she has great strength.. and healing abilities.. just because she isnt on par exactly with demi god characters such as naruto and sasuke does not make her any less useful
