My guess is a bit of both but mostly naruto. He seems like a little version of naruto in all but will have the vast knowledge of his grandfather. He has a lot of potential to go far int he ninja world.

I think both, in the Anime he reminds me a lot of Hiruzen with his fire release and his shadow shuriken. Also, when he fought Pain his taijutsu was awfully reminiscent of Sarutobi when he fought Hashirama and Tobirama. But then again we see a lot of Naruto in him as well with the shit load of clones, and Rasengan. So who knows, we'll just have to wait and see.

are you on crack? Hiruzen was consider a god in his prime and was feared by many ninja up to his death, he took on orochimaru a very exceptional ninja with many many jutsu and also the first and second hokage at one time when he was like nintey years old.
