What would Itachi do if Orochimaru ended up taking Sasuke's body or killed him?

Not really, the plot won't let it reach that stage, I more see it as both orochimaru and sasuke fighting for control when it happens then itachi analyzes it and puts work into action, also with tsukiyomi that would bind orochimaru from getting further control

Itachi would be a great human being ,like he always was...He would be destroyed on the inside,but still wouldn't betray Konoha. And you know he was sick,so he just wouldn't fight it.
