What would hurt more:A Punch from Tsunade or a Rasengan to the back?

Both can kill but which one would hurt more?I'd say a punch from Tsunade would cause you to hurt all over as every bone in your body breaks if it outright does'nt kill you.

Even a regular Rasengan would hurt since not only is the chakra rotating into you but it would send someone flying at high speeds,if they hit a wall or something then that would hurt like hell.

Depends on how fast Naruto's going, and how much chakra he puts into the rasengan. If he does the occasional blitz with a rasengan pumped up on Kurama's chakra, I'd take Tsunade's punch.
