Sometimes I think about that too since it's not their natural immune system healing them. I feel like because their immune system doesn't have to work as much, it's weaker and they get sicker from that. Sakura could probably dull it down but I highly doubt medical ninja heal people for a cold, and instead with serious injuries LOL
