But it's not. Name one warring village capable of taking out: Itachi, Shisui, and a plethora of other Sharingan users. Fodder with Sharingan > Fodder without any special bloodlines. You act as if the opposition would attack the same day (i.e. that's not how hostile takeover works).

Hatered for a better clan is normal in this world. Uchiha were mindless apes, so they could never surive in this world. Nearly every Uchiha became emo at some point. Which made em self destructive. This is why the Uchiha clan sucks. You got a clan full of emotional people who would commit sucide in any minute. Hyuuga know how to run its clan better than the Uchiha. They have better principles than "be emo be Uchiha clan" policy.
