What would have happened has Sasuke kept CM when meeting Hagoromo?

I was thinking what would happen if Hagoromo gave Sasuke his power up but had the CM? Would Sasuke get any extra power up by having CM or nothing different?

It really is too bad Itachi removed the CM, Sasuke worked hard to master the CM yet all the training for nothing thanks to Itachi removing the CM.

CM was an unstable form of sage mode. CM could produce senjutsu by absorbing natural energy. If he kept that, he would have body and eyes. That's why Kishimoto purposely made Itachi remove the seal.

CM was ugly as shit and way inferior than any of the sage modes in NV. All it does was give its user a power boost by taking a heavy toll on the user's chakra. Were Sasuke to keep the CM alongside doujutsu, then he'd have expended his chakra even faster but with slightly improved attack power imo.
Itachi being a ninja having little chakra compared to other notable NV characters always used his MS doujutsu only when needed and relied on his mastery of efficiently using the simplest of techniques to the highest effect possible unlike Sasuke spamming MS tech here and there and going blind within a matter of days...
So I think Itachi saw the CM as something that is not efficient and would only hinder his brother further progress as a strong uchiha plus it being a tech coming from Oro also made it suspicious in Itachi's eyes and so he decided to rid Sasuke of it.
