What would happen if someone accidentally touches Naruto Gudo-Damas?

Because I know that there is a technique with the Gudo-Damas that negate Any Ninjutsu. The technique was called Onmyoudou.

If the person so happens to touch the Gudo-Dama would their chakra drain? Will their skins come off? or Would they get poison?

I think Tobirama said that if you touch it, it's just cold. It wouldn't hurt you unless Naruto wanted it to.
