What would happen?

I've been thinking about this for a while. Edo tensi's have unlimited chakra right? What would happen if Madara and Hashirama were caught by that Shinju tree, especially Madara since he broke free and is now immortal?

They both have large reserves of Chakra, would the tree nullify their Edo Tensi like Obito can with Ying-Yang Release then take back the Chakra or if it did happen to catch Madara would it just leech off him for the rest of his days? Never dying and never really losing Chakra, just imprisoned by the tree as a battery pack.

Orochimaru would probably seal him away or Obito will retaliate and nullify Madara but in case I just want to know what would happen in this scenario.​

This ''God'' of yours got already soloed by a Kunai. And the other one got soloed by an old fart. A tree, that soloed the whole SA, in few moments can probably do that.

Edo Hashirama doesn't have Unlimited Chakra and thus would be drained, like Minato. His Chakra however can Regenerate.

Edo Madara does have Unlimited Chakra and thus would not be drained


It's quite simple really. Hashirama, while not controlled by Edo-Tensei due to his powerful Chakras is still technically a "Bounded Edo" - He didn't actually break the technique, just suppressed it with his chakra and god-like strength. In other words, if Orochimaru was stronger then Hashi, he would be able to control him but he wouldn't be able to control Madara as he completely broke the technique.

Madara on the other hand actually used the reverse hand-seals for Edo-Tensei and completely broke the technique. Therefore his living Chakra limit does not exist anymore and thus he has Unlimited Chakra, just like he himself said.
