What would happen if a full Uchiha and a full Hyuuga had a child? What eyes would the kid have?

The child won't get one Sharingan and one byakugan. The child will either get a byakugan OR Sharingan.
Though I don't know much about those reproduction theories whether whose eyes the child will have, this is all I can say.

that depends on the dominant dna. for example when one parent has blue eyes and the other brown, most of the time the child has brown eyes, because it is dominant. we dont know which is in our byakugan and sharingan case, but both would be a possibility, however we cannot know the statistics

1. Byakugan clan have marriage in their own clan
2. (Most important one) All Uchihas are dead already except sasuke.

Genetics are randomly generated, hence why everyone is different. So yeah either one or the other. Although in rare case's some humans have been known to have different individual eye colours so who knows?

Uchiha Dna is dominate, seeing as how the Hyugga eye was said to be a primitive form of the Uchiha eye. SO it get the Uchiha eyes, fun fact a Uchiha or anyone can use Hyugga techniques, most just lack the vision
