Depends how far he goes I guess. If he starts killing the Celestial Dragons, I think they'll either try to restrain him the best they can without killing him of kill them himself. If he's a danger to the others, there's no reason to keep him alive, whether he's an ex CD or not. I think the other CDs and higher ups with agree with that notion.
