Lets say that in order for Juubito to be stopped, Sasuke would have to sacrifice his eyes using Izanami or Izanagi...
If he then would aqquire Madara's rinnegan, and Obito's Mangekyou Sharingan...Would he be able to switch between EMS/Rinnegan like madara, or would it remain active in the state which he aqquired it?

Not sure.... Nagato wasn't able to switch but he never had access to the Sharingan... That's a tough one...

Sasuke uses a Sharingan tech that seals his eyes, thats it for them. he gets new eyes with Rinngan I'll assume he doesn't get access to his old EMS.
