What would happen if totsukas blade was send in another dimension?

I actually don't know if totsuka comes from Itachis Susanoo or if it's something he found somewhere(so material). So don't know what could happen if for example someone steal his totsuka blade, or send it in another dimension(with Kamui or Minatos S/T barrier or Tobis S/T ninjutsu for example).

Could he still be able to summon it or smh?:shrug:
