I would assume that the EMS eye when transferred onto anyone would work normally, but I assume that some techniques wouldn't work? No clue.

The only eye that's obviously out of her reach is the Rinnegan. EMS? No idea.

he can transplant his Ems but his rinnegan is far more powerful for her because I think Madara once said that he transplanted his rinnegan in Nagato because he was an Uzumaki because only Uzumaki had the power to wield such visual prowess other than the Uchiha, and Sarada is not a pure Uchiha but maybe she can manage it somehow
