Tell me how you think the story would have went if Hashirama's story did not give Sasuke a change in heart and continued on his path of vengeance. Keep in mind this was during the time of BM Naruto & shinobi alliance vs Madara, Obito & incomplete Juubi.

Leaf village would have been destroyed. Sasuke + Oro + Hokage + Suigetsu/Jugo ---> Konohamaru isn't gonna stop that haha. Even if Hashirama is immune to Oro's control, he would have lost.

And Naruto/alliance might have died since Minato wouldn't have saved them from Juubi bomb.

Depends if they can control or defeat Hashirama, considering he's the only one strong enough to break free. If Orochimaru can inhibit Hashi's strength, Sasuke can probably defeat him. Or, Orochimaru might just be able to completely stop Hashi with the Edo Tensei control. Sasuke would probably then proceed to join Madara.
