I am always curious as to what would happen if (hypothetically) Hinata were to ate the forsaken God Tree that turned her ancestor Kaguya into the maniac that she was shown to be.

Who knows, it depends on the person, we don't know what kind of person Kaguya was before she took the fruit, seemed like she used to be kind and caring. So if she could be corrupted by it, I don't see why Hinata wouldn't end up the same way? With only Naruto being the only person she cares about.
