What would happen if Alive Minato Namikaze fought Mobile/Healthy Nagato Uzumaki?

of course there is going to be openings but if minato is going to have trouble with anything i believe it will be because of shinra tensei but it doesnt mean he cant get to nagato.. with minato's shunshin speed anyways its highly possible he can get to him within a flash anyways

Yea i see what ur sayin. But to deal with shinra tensei all minato has to do is throw a ftg kunai at nagato. Then assuming nagato uses shinra tensei minato can throw another since it takes five seconds for nagato to use shinra tensei again. Then it would be possibly over for nagato

Who would win the fight? Personally I think Alive/Base Minato would win....

And remember that this version of Minato does not not have Kurama inside him....

I'm going with Nagato, Minato and Nagato are both top ninjas and I'm a fan of both. But Nagato is the solo king and never got defeated without plot, while saying that, Minato hype is pretty big. Nagato never shown all 6 elements which he mastered at a young age, The Rinnegan lets him use any jutsu yet he never shown this power, we see it from Juubito while only hearing about it for Nagato. Nagato would be like Obito, fighting with the 6 paths so the share vision and nicely executed attacks will be hard for anyone to fight. I see Nagato winning more than Minato from what we know, We still don't know Minato's full capabilities since we never seen his element jutsus, all of his sealing jutsus, that jutsu he was going to use on Juubi or that jutsu he wanted Naruto to complete.

So as of now, I say Nagato wins more fights than Minato until we see more feats

Only problem with that is how would Minato know about the 5 sec interval? He wouldn't know anything about Nagato so would be trying to figure out Nagato's jutsus like Jiraiya was trying to do in his fight. Plus this is alive Nagato so there isn't a time interval, when edo Nagato used deva path power, Naruto said it's faster and stronger when Nagato uses it himself, what's faster than 5 sec? 0-4 sec but doubt it will go down a few seconds since Nagato's chakra being split into 6 Peins is what made the 5 sec interval so it should be 0 sec for Nagato plus that was only Edo Nagato who's power is weaker than alive Nagato.

Plus he can transform his body into weapons to knock it away.

Wow, that is quite the statement.

Personally I feel even full power Minato may not be enough for Nagato- it just seems like a bad matchup to me, with Shinra Tensei ruining most of his techs and all. Minato can stalemate with others on Nagatos level though, like Itachi and Onoki.
