I am not butthurt.I just cant accept the fanfic feats by sasuke fans.Unless until sasuke make a rasengan i will keep saying that Sasuke cant make Rasengan.
I can even say that sasuke is not able to use Animal,Human,Ashura and Naraka Paths Unless until sasuke use it canonically.So STFU

He uses Kage bunshin. It would be your first guess if you wern't such a hater. But let me give you some proof. The normal bunshin has three hand seals. Kage bunshin has just one. Sasuke uses one hand seal.

TBH its hard to figure out in a mere trailer that whether sasuke used single hand seal or 3 hand seals.Its not impossible for him to perform Kage bunshin but the point is that whether sasuke really made them. U_U
