What would be your opinion if this was Sasuke's power

A field based version of Izanagi in which the user can alter reality within a set field, allowing him to change the position of all objects within the area and nullify all damage he receives.

Also, if he has this as well as his Perfect Susano'o and the full powers of Rinnengan how strong would u think he'd be

Sorry but no he doesn't have any infinite izanagi. That would be sooo lame. Izanagi will loose its pride due to over spaming and no loosing of eye after usage from sasuke. No absolutely no Izanagi based power for him

How is it OP? Naruto can instantly regrow organs so wats wrong with Sasuke nullifying damage?

not the damage nullifying part , but a field based version of Izanagi in which the user can alter reality within a set field, allowing him to change the orientation of all objects within the area implies he can disorientate naruto's body(inc organs) - oh theres an eye over there ! but his brain is here- if u know what i mean

Dude, this isn't One Piece powers don't get broken down to that level on Naruto. Sasuke would only be able to displace whole objects
