1.Banging Tsunade,Samui and Mei
2.Outspeeding Minato in terms of shunshin and also outspeeding his FTG
3.Kill Sasuke
4.make Kumogakure greater than Konoha?

Yeah but keep in mind that these IT dreams were more like perfect but casual lives, not some utterly impossible dreams fulfilled. So if there is no war and conflict between villages he could be dreaming of living a more normal life with more time for his favorite hobby... Sort of thing.

and Minato was the rival of Ay and they fought each other many times and Minato own so Raikage was obsessed at a point of time in defeating minato but it is meaningless now
