[Question] What will the last two zero squad members provide to ichigo and his group?

This is my first thread in a while but hear me out. So far we've had three of the zero squad provide ichigo and his group some type of information or healing or( more recently) reforging swords. Now my question is this what would the two other members ( aka the big man and that many armed woman that Mayuri absolutely despised) have to provide ichigo? We've had the creator of the miricale bath or pond or whatever it's called, the creator of the mod soul, and the creator of zanpakuto himself. What in the world could those two have done that made them higher then the others I really need some ideas :nuts:

Senjumaru Shutara is the female. Her title "Great Weave Guard" was said in chapter 517 I think.
Osho is the male.

For some reason I think that shutara will be next and osho will be last. I just wonder what could have those two created that's greater then creating the zanpakuto?

One of them probably created the cleaner thing an that place it's in..I don't kno what else is out there.
