What will the hokages involvement in the war be?

im curious about what will happen after the kages perform their talk-no-jutsu on sasuke. Orochimaru stated that he does not care for the war. but then again, he has stated his hate for both konoha and akatsuki.

the thing is, having the hokages fight in the war seems like it will be overkill. whichever side they join (force or not by oro) it seems like it will be an easy win. i would like the hokages to showcase their skills, but their involvement is too much for the sake of the plot.

It will most probably be a 3 way war.

I had not thought about that, but thats a great thought. since hashirama is supposed to be stronger than madara, then senju plus other hokages could definitely be the strongest of the three

well i can easily see sasuke parting ways with orochimaru at the end of all this. and hed out with the kages and juugo, suigetsu in a faction and enter this war that would be awsome

Edo Madara + Obito ( +juubi) have been causing several problems from an alliance of thousands of shinobi.

Edo Madara alone was able to take out the five kages.

5 edo hokages, with Hashirama included (who should be stronger than madara), i think could very easily wipe out the entire shinobi alliance. mind you, kishi really is unable to proportionate the levels of power among the characters, but based on previous fights, i stand by my *opinion*

Do I want to see them fight? of course.

It just so happens that the revival of the hokages wasn't my favorite choice ~_~.
Overall I'm kind of tired of the edo jutsu, but I was 99.99999% sure we would see it again when Sasuke told Maru he needed him to do something.

I was hoping it would be Sasuke's parents and that Sasuke would learn that his father was being *used* by Tobi\Madara and then help against Madara\10T\Tobi.

But that didn't happen, so I'm goanna chill while seeing where Kishi takes this.

I don't think the Hokages will participate in this war, I think they are for the next arc.

Why keep people thinking the Hokages can easily win this war? Even if they would be able to take down Obito and Madara instantly, there is still the Juubi, who is in a completely different league than everything else in this series. Really, even if all the previous kages from all villages came back, this battle would be far from over.

No, Madara is currently much stronger than Hashi. Remember that Madara now has both rinnegan and mokuton which he didn't have back during their fight at the valley of death. So unless Hashi get injected with some Uchiha DNA, I doubt he'll be able to take on Madara.
