Nah, Sasuke recently did. EMS Sasuke wasn't on Madara's level, he only had power on the level. Naruto had the power at BS but he lacked experiences and training in that form, let alone BSM. EMS Sasuke lacks training and experiences as well since he never trained with EMS. Naruto was said to surpass the Hokage (guess it means all Hokages?) by Kakashi a few chapters ago, Sasuke's level wasn't really mentioned but I'm sure he's on Naruto's level as well.

I see Naruto stronger than Sasuke as of now though. I mean, in his base (SM+KM eyes) he was wrecking Juubi jin Madara (1 eye), then transformed when Sasuke got there. Sasuke shown his PS but we have yet to see Naruto's full BSM and him using the abilities of the other Bijuus. The 3 tails had a mirror jutsu that reflected the enemy's attack so would be cool to see Naruto use that. As for Sasuke, he might be able to use other elements/any jutsu, like the rinnegan was said to but we don't know if he can with one eye since the true power tend to come out when you have both eyes as stated by Obito and Madara.

That doesn't make any sense Sakura was the first to lose something an she still hasn't surpassed tsunade. I am not gonna argue power levels here they r equal.

Well I predict another power up in order to defeat Kaguya. Sakura has been useless as of now, her death might bring his awakening. Sasuke might also sacrifice his life for Naruto, just as he did when they were younger
