Now before anyone responds to this thread, allow me to point out a few things that have been vastly overlooked and forgotten:
1. People have been seculating that it was Zetsu that saved Madara on the dah he was defeated by Hashiramam but that is not possible nor does that make any sense. It was said that the Rinnegan was the only way for the Gedo Mazou to be summoned, in which the mazou was what created the Zetsu's in the first place. So Madara being saved by Zetsu is completely out of the question
2. It is not even remotely possible that Kaguya used the Infinite Tsukyomi because. Especially since the Shinju transformed into the Juubi not long after Kaguya ate the fruit of the Shinju that gave her those powers in the first place. IT MAKES NO SENSE!! On top of that, she would have to have been the Shinju's Jinchuriki to perform the IT, which she wasn't.
3. There is no way that Kaguya is the Shinju/Juubi because as I stated above, the Shinju went beserk and transformed into the Juubi not long after she ate the fruit. And her being the Juubi completely contradicts what Hagoromo told Naruto in chapter 671.
4. On regards t Black Zetsu being Kaguya's will. It wasn't likely meant literally. Black Zetzu may be Kaguya's will just as much Hidan was Jashin's. Black Zetzu most likely finds Kaguya more sympathetic than his own master.
MAIN TOPIC:
With those four points being said, here is what I believe that will most likely happen in the future chapters.
In chapter 679, just like how Obito did a few chapters ago, Madara will resist Black Zetsu and turn the tables on him and the possibility of Obito's return again. (Both Madara and Obito need an epic closure).
In chapters 680-691, Team 7 and the Edo Hokages will team up against Madara and break his Infinite Tsukyomi, freeing everyone and the Shinju at th last second will burst out of Madara like how it almost did with Obito many chapters ago and we will finally witness the full might of the Shinju/Juubi.
Then in chapters 692-709, we will see Naruto and Sasuke go up against the Shinju/Juubi just like how Hagaromo and his brother did long ago. There will most likely be a struggle between the 3 with the Shinju absorbing both Naruto and Sasuke's chakra to the point where they are at near death.
In chapters 710-716, Kaguya Otsutsuki will appear before Naruto just like how Hagoromo did and they will have a conversation just like Naruto that will be a mixture of the conversations that Naruto had with Nagato, Obito and Hagoromo with Kaguya telling Naruto the full background story of her and her children from her point of view. Much like how Hashirma did with Sasuke. After that, Kaguya will give Naruto a power-up in order for him to repent for her sins by stopping the Shinju once again due to Naruto finally convincing her of the error of her ways.
In chapters 717-729 Naruto and Sasuke, having been granted the power of Kaguya, finally break through the Shinju's iron grip it had on them and seal it once and for all using the Sages tools.
In the final chapters of the Naruto manga: The fight that everyone has been waiting for since the end of part 1 of the series will begin, Naruto vs. Sasuke. Just as Kishimoto said would happen. Then there will possibly be a time skip showing Naruto as the Hokage in a new era of peace.
EDIT: When it comes to my predictions about chapters 710-716, it's rather obvious that it will most likely happen one way or another given that Kishimoto has an endless history of Naruto confronting/talking to his enemies and turning them to the side of good in the end. So there you have that.
