I'm not agreeing with you. I still think a haki user can control the strength of king's haki they use. It just doesn't make sense for them not to get knocked out, especially some of the fodders in Law's crew & Bepo. We'll see once Oda explains CoC in great detail.

Nope. Oda said the KOing ability of Conqueror's works by asserting it towards those who are wayyyy weaker than you. He also said that with enough control, one can control who the ability he applies to. He never stated that you can control the ¨level¨ of Haoshoku. You can say it may be revealed that's possible in the future, and I can say it's possible Oda will have people create dancing hot dogs with it as well. Nothing indicates the Haoshoku can be delivered in varying bursts other than in the number of people affected, so for now, that ability doesn't exist.

All it means is that the gap has to be more than 100x. Also, just because we haven't seen them do anything yet doesn't mean they're fodder. Law is part of the Shiki-WB-Roger parallel that Luffy and Kid also complete and a main contender for the PK title, it makes no sense that his crew would be all fodder. Does it makes sense to you? Doesn't matter cuz that's what happened.
