If this is real life, the second part could do the same. The first one is control through overtaking, the second is control through intimidation. No one or no thing could stop you, so you could do whatever you want.

I think the first one also has intimidation because of EMS, Rinnegan, and Tenseigan. I think Body powers give you more endurance though.
