But seriously, Madara is gonna have too much power, and we know a jinchuuriki is always more powerful than an out-of-control bijuu. I don't think the Hokages or the SA will be much of a problem for him.

Yeah its not a wise move on his part. I'd at least wait until the kages were sealed but I believe he knows obitos dying and doesn't want to miss his chance to use it because his time is ticking.
