In the beginning they were thought of nothing but sources of power, but little did the people know that every bijuu was a part of the god tree, the tree chakra comes from. Too many things could still happen with them. I would think they all want to remain with Naruto either allow themselves to be sealed into him or just follow his orders. And when its all said and done they would let Naruto tell them what to do, but there re so many things that can happen still.
