Naruto will survive the extraction of Kurama because he is an Uzumaki, but after the extraction he will be weak and he will definetly not be as powerfull as before! But Kurama made a plan and he probably told Shukaku and Gyuki the plan because the Hachibi already was carying it out.
You can see that in this scan the Hachibi lost one of his tentacles

Okay its not showing so look at what the 8 tails is doing in chapter 660 page 17 narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/660/17
And a tentacle worth of chakra is enough to revive an incomplete Juubi.
And remember the Bijuu 2-7 already gave Naruto chakra. Naruto might still have KM otherwise his father will grant him Kyuubi chakra. Now only Shukaku needs to give him a part of his power and something will happen. I don't know what exactly but I think it has something to do with the SO6P

I agree. People forget that kushina was already exhausted from childbirth, when she had her bijuu extracted.

But naruto wont be in great shape after haveing kurama extracted though. But he should still be in condition(physically at least) to fight.
