Firstly I've found some things:

Zoanthropy = The belief of undergoing a transformation to become another animal.
Zou sounds like Zoo.
Zou also means Elephant in Japanese.

So either the Island is Kaidou's base of operations or it's where the SMILE is sent ; a rondesvous point between Kaidou's crew and Doflamingo's crew.

What do you think will happen on this Island?
NOTE: Laws crew is there.

Law's crew has been captured by Kaido and Luffy's alliance will go and save them...Nah. Hard to say at this point.

A three way battle over who gets CC between Big Mom, Fujitora and Sanji/Bepo and Co.

Big Mom vs Fujitora

Sanji vs perhaps Trebol or Bastille

Tamago vs Bastile / Bepo

Pekoms vs Jan Bart

etc etc

The Kaidou theories seem good. Maybe find out a bit more about Ryuuma and Zoro's lineage. I think that Zoro is a decedent of Ryuuma due to their uncanny resemblance, but maybe that's a common thought.

Not sure... I think that we can at least expect a little more back story for Ace.
