Let us say that Itachi vs Minato happens . That Totsuka has pierced Minato.Totsuka starts the sealing and then Minato uses FTG..Is it possible for him to escape or not ?Since FTG is a s/t jutsu it should be able to teleport Minato somewhere else and save him... What's your opinion?

Totsuka seals the person in an infine dreams of genjutsu, I don't think he'll even be aware that he's inside and infine dream, I guess he probably won't even be able to use FTG due to the amount of pain of being stabbed lol

No Nagato had time for some last words and was aware that Naruto Bee and Itachi where there..Orochimaru had time to see that Itachi had the Totsuka blade ...so i think that Minato should have enough time to react

^ Or severe burns. The fact remains that orochimaru's encounter with the totsuka blade proves that some form of physical damage was dealt to him prior to being sealed.

That's because itachi allowed him to speak his last words, I'm assuming he could've sealed him instantly, moreover even if he gets hit by it and teleports he'll have one big hole through his chest , it can go either way though

the hole i ain't sure it a sure death i mean the blade may be composed from some sort of chakra that does not kill you and only pierces you and doesn't even kill ..Like what we saw with Orochimaru he can change bodies and regenerate and stuff but it didn't look that serious of a hit if it wasn't for the sealing techniqu

He will never hit Minato with that. Minato the yin/yang master that he is, second to only the SO6P can simply break down the sword like he did to the 9 tails fox and absorb the chakra to himself!

That is a tad silly. Minato absorbed Kurama's chakra via RDS. That technique cannot be used against the totsuka...

Only the sealing was done using the RDS. The breaking down of yin/yang chakra was not!
